I have more than 4 years experience as a newspaper page designer. I've worked for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, a daily metropolitan paper, as well as The Current, a weekly college paper. I've also done freelance work for other papers, like the St. Louis Business Journal.
My work has won numerous awards, including 1st place for Front Page Design two years in a row from the Missouri College Media Association.
I am familiar with the Harris pagination system, QuarkXPress, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Pagemaker. I thrive under deadline pressure and pay careful attention to small details like spacing and type style.
